"Very professional and quick. More affordable than other places for very basic and straight forward work. Knowledgeable about the animals and their trapping. Suggestion Only: I think it would be helpful if they knew reliable general contractors to assist with some basic construction work that was needed to remove a nest from my ceiling. I was told there is a nest of babies that need to be removed within 24 hours from removing the momma squirrel. I didn't know any reliable contractors and didn't have time to find one so i just had to let the babies die while waiting until after Easter for someone to make a cut in the ceiling and patch it up. I think they and their clients would really benefit from having reliable resources handy for the best outcome."

"Technician arrived on time, but was a new hire.  Work was done as expected, but when the inspection was complete, there were delays because the technician had to contact his supervisor by phone to discuss the evidence found in the inspection.  Once this was done, there was a recommendation made to have work done on the chimney to bring it into working order.  However, there was no quote done at the time.  I had to make a call a few months later to schedule another inspection from someone who would be able to make the quote.  Overall, not a big deal, just a minor hassle.  I was happy with the work performed and I would work with them again.
