"Just realized I never wrote a review for this work done in July 2015. Mark did an AWESOME job and 20 months later it still looks brand new. He did an especially good job with the "flakes", it looks really good (sadly, its the nicest floor in the house, lol). Since the floor went in I've had a number of other contractors in the house and they all compliment the floor. Even the ones who do epoxy floors themselves say its one of the best they've seen."

"5 years ago during a severe drought, I noticed, what I thought to be, evidence of my home shifting. I hired a structural engineer who confirmed that I had no foundation damage and suggested that I install a root barrier to prevent two large trees from taking too much water from the foundation. Recently, I observed additional changes and I wanted to ensure they were addressed before they progressed too far. I contacted Bonilla who conducted tests and, again, confirmed that I didn't have any issues. He also provided me with a "map" as a baseline of my foundation measurements so that if I have questions in the future, I'll have a reference to 2018 readings. What could have potentially been an expensive experience turned into my finding an honest service provider."

"Sales people John Nicholas and Christi Curran came to our house to prepare the estimate. We selected color and paving stones and the pattern. Christi was in training that day. After that, we dealt only with Christi. She was very prompt and friendly when I called her with questions. The proposal arrived via email in a few days. Once we made our decision, Christi came back to the house to have me sign the contract and pay a deposit. About a week later, we found out when we'd be on their schedule. The work from start to finish took two days. The uniformed Paver Connection crew of 5 or 6 men was professional, efficient, obviously experienced, and kept a neat job site. I was impressed with their attention to detail - as in getting stones to fit just right. I expected to sacrifice plants that were growing on the corners of the deck, but they completed the job and the plants were untouched. Amazing. We are very pleased with Paver Connection. They did a great job."

FAQs for asphalt paving installation projects in Liberty, TX

Most driveways wrap up in roughly a week. Allow two to three days for installation, followed by an additional two to three days for the surface to cure. Concrete and asphalt follow this timeline, whereas a gravel job often finishes more quickly. Laying out the schedule upfront makes it easier to plan your week and your budget.

Sealer prevents water, salt, and UV rays from damaging the surface. Apply a fresh coat every one to three years, and you’ll slow down the growth of cracks, avoid pricey repairs, and keep the driveway looking sharp. A local professional can handle the job efficiently and ensure even coverage.

Material is the significant driver when it comes to the lifespan of a driveway. Asphalt stays strong for about 20 years, concrete lasts 30 to 40 years, and paver stones can last 50 to 100 years because you can swap out damaged bricks. With regular top-ups, a gravel drive can also reach the century mark. Knowing these timelines helps you map out long-term maintenance and replacement costs.

Repaving strips everything down and starts fresh, letting you change the layout or improve drainage before pouring new material. Resurfacing, on the other hand, adds a top layer over a solid base, giving you a facelift without the need for a complete demolition. Go with repaving when the base is failing; choose resurfacing when the structure is sound and you just need a new surface.
