"Colvin agreed to install the new vanity, sink, medicine cabinet and sink faucet and cut the legs off the over-the-toilet cabinet and mount it on the wall in addition to installing the new shower and the exhaust fan which we purchased from Colving. The electrician Colvin had install the exhaust fan not only installed the fan, but vented it out through the roof which was a major plus. The over-the-toilet cabinet accidentally fell over during the project and the glass doors broke. Colvin replaced the cabinet with a better grade wall cabinet at no extra cost to us. Brad, the installer, started the project on a Thursday and had it completed by the following Wednesday. Brad was always punctual, conscientious and hardworking. I’m short and the shower head was just a little too high. When Guy Colvin came out for the final inspection, he lowered the shower head so I could easily reach it and said there was a bracket available that could be installed for use when I didn’t want to get my hair wet. We liked that idea. Guy said he would send Andy, another installer (who lives in Leo), out to install the bracket and put knobs on the wall cabinet for us. On the scheduled day, Andy arrived a few minutes before the time agreed on and had the shower bracket installed and the knobs put on the wall cabinet in short order. It may sound silly, but the shower bracket and cabinet knobs really made my day! Our entire experience with Colvin Kitchen & Bath was a very pleasant one, beginning with Josh Walters, the Sales Representative, right through Julie in the office to Randy Colvin, Brad, Guy Colvin and Andy. We highly recommend Colvin Kitchen & Bath to anyone who wants a bathroom remodeled."

The plumber found the shut-off valves inoperable and began replacing them without telling me about it or the additional cost. I should have looked over his shoulder more often and asked more questions, but I did not. Any repairman beginning additional repairs without asking really rubs me the wrong way and leads to a "B" rating at best and a "No" on hiring again. Learn from my mistake: make certain that you do your research on pricing and agree on a price range and scope of work with Geiler (or anyone, for that matter) before they begin the work."

"Mike Craw came with someone he was training.  They arrived on time, took up the toilet, replaced the wax seal, and then raised and leveled the toilet.  Our pipes are old so he explained that eventually the pipes would probably have to be replace because of corrosion but that it could wait.  He then cleaned out the main drain from the toilet which greatly improved the flushing capacity.  I would definitely use Craw Plumbing again."

"After several internet searches for contractors that could assess and correct foundation drainage issues, I discovered the Peters Group. Chris was remarkably responsive to come out and look at my property within a few days of me contacting him. He discussed that installing some corrugated drain pipes and two French drains would correct the identified drainage issue. Chris provided a quote and was hired. He began work a few weeks later. My property was such that all work hand to be manually "hand trenched" using shovels. After the first day of the two day project, there were heavy rains that night. Chris's work fixed the primary problem that I had hired him for, but with the heavy rains, an additional drainage problem was discovered. Chris quickly responded by ordering additional materials and expanded his scope of work to include this new area. ".From the first call they made me feel comfortable. The salesman Doug set a date and keep it.  Doug came out looked at my basement, give me two choices told me about each in detailed. Gave me my free estimate and no pressure thanked me for having him in my home and to let him know what I thought.  Four days later another company called the day before our meeting and said he could give me estimate over the phone if I could describle what was happening. His bid was $9000.00 with out seeing the job.  Americrawl bid was $1500 and $1206. I went with the $1500and a appointment was set. In the meantime My husband and I had to take down some removable walls in doing so we found that years ago the system the were going to do was already done to a point. I called Doug and told him that I thought maybe the job won't be as big as first thought. Doug had me send him pictures of the area. Turn out was right , but the appointment was keep and instead of 30' of pipe they only had to do 10'. The three men that came covered the area the floor all the way to door, and cleaned up you would have not known they were even here. I ever had anthing leak again I will call Americrawl. Also my bill will be adjusted do to the difference in pipe. They didn't even say anything about the bill I had to ask. <br />"
