"After speaking with the broker I was left thinking the vehicle would be delivered in FL in about 3 days or so which is how long it takes me to drive. It took a week during which I was unable to contact the company for updates during the weekend and had to extend my car rental. It was picked up in RI only one day beyond the target date. I paid an extra charge for expedited service but it turns out expedited refers to targeted pick up date; not delivery date which is in the fine print but not in telephone conversations. The driver was very careful with the car and very courteous."

Rick explained all of this after he had pulled the old frame out. The job cost more than we both had anticipated, but Rick was very generous with his time and materials. "Excellent service. Prompt reply to email request for on site estimate and prompt visit to home for measuring and discussion on type of fencing best for the property. The weather did not cooperate on starting the job, but as soon as weather permitted work began and it only took two days. The old fence and posts were removed and new posts installed on day one and new four-foot link was installed with re enforcement along the bottom keeping the escape artist dog safely confined. The results are great. All trash and scraps were removed. Not only does the property look good the quality of the materials and work is excellent. The crew and Mr. Gonzalez were professional and respectful and the owner was on premises each day for the duration of the job. This company does construction from a new build to small jobs. I know when I need anything else done, I will call them first. <br />"

"This was the easiest part of the remodel as from or ding to install they did everything like it should be done and for price the beat offers we had by a lot and even had to order special for one color. The install was easy and they cleaned any thug that was there which was not much as they used vacuum cleaner with any tools they used. We had 40 square feet of tops. Would for sure use them again."
