They tried making corrections with other contractors but could never recover from the poor installation. They eventually agreed to a settlement to refund my money but it has been over five months and i have never been able to collect a single cent. Beware and do not believe any promises"

"I highly recommend JP Exteriors. I have used them for 3 major projects over the last 5 years and the results always exceeded my expectations. The 1st job was the replacement of my siding with Hardie plank and repainting. The quality of the installation was outstanding and the siding still looks new 5 years later. The 2nd job was a roof replacement of a 2 year old roof that had hail damage. I have extensive landscaping around my house and a pool that is very close to the back of the house. The contractor that put on the original roof filled up my pool with old roofing and killed a lot my my landscaping by pushing the old shingles off the roof. JP went above and beyond to minimize the impact to my yard. The crew moved all the old shingles from the back of the house to the front before pushing them off directly into the trailer, keeping everything out of the pool and off the landscaping. The last job was siding and roofing replacement on my mother house. Same excellent results."

"I would give zero stars if I could. They are completely incompetent. We hired them to install a set of french doors to my backyard. They couldn't get the door to close properly, and the French doors were scraping against each other when closing. They claimed the issue was a faulty hinge and that they needed to order a replacement. I emailed them multiple times for updates, and getting a response was like pulling teeth. They consistently postponed the repair date. When they finally returned to fix it, THREE MONTHS LATER, they discovered the problem wasn't the hinge at all, but rather a protruding screw. They didn't even use the replacement hinge; they simply replaced the screw. As a result, I had a non-functioning door for three months. Furthermore, we provided them with the specifications of the hardware we were going to order. They initially advised that a single dummy handle would suffice for the non-locking door, but it actually required a passage handle. However, when they realized the single dummy handle wouldn't work, they told us to order a double dummy handle, before they realized it needed a passage. Now, I have two extra sets of wasted hardware. I can't return them because their prolonged delay in installing the door caused the return period to expire. I also don't know what kind of discount door they got, but the handle is extremely low, only 30 inches above the ground. When I looked it up, door handles are usually 36 inches above the floor. They are terrible"
