The cement poured and the garage built look great. All the debris from the demolition and the building of the garage was immediately cleared from our property. "We started vetting contractors through Angies List last year for a bathroom remodel project & requested quotes from multiple contractors. MPT was very prompt in their responses & had a competitive quote. After speaking with Paul a couple of times, we decided to work with MPT.
We couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail & professionalism that the MPT team demonstrated. We were promised that the work would be finished in 2 weeks and and they finished it right on time (9 working days). Every morning they arrived promptly at 8 AM and some mornings I was pleasantly surprised to see them waiting outside the driveway until it was 8 AM. They were extremely detail-oriented and kept us abreast of developments along the way, with Paul even providing expert knowledge where our knowledge was limited. Cleanup after the task was also beyond my expectations. 
Overall, we were extremely pleased working with Paul, Martin & Emilio. We have multiple small projects to do around the house & they will be my first choice for all those projects.

"We used Above & Beyond Construction to gut and remodel one full and one half bathroom in our 1960-built house. This was our first big home remodeling project and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Chester and his crew were easy to work and communicate with, kept us updated with timing and progress, and identified additional issues that needed to be addressed (aka some really nasty old corroded cast iron pipes and cracked joists in our basement) to prevent future catastrophes. If we hadn’t fixed them we know we’d have ended up having to rip out the beautiful new bathroom within 6 months due to the failure of the old plumbing! They take pride in their work and take care to protect the rest of the house from dust and dirt, completely clean up the work site at the end of every day, and we had no problem trusting any of them in the house when we couldn’t be home. There were no budget surprises, either; the estimate was right on target. "The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. I would highly recommend this professional team."
