I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

He said he would come out, examine the chimney, and get back with a price. He did exactly as he said. He called back with the price and explained the work that needed to be done. We agreed on a day and time for the work to be done. He and his workman arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. While he was there we also discussed some additional work that I needed done around my windows and my garage. He quoted a price and said he would get back to me as to scheduling the work to be done once he had checked his other commitments. He called me several days later, we set a day and time, and once again he arrived with his workman as he said he would. They worked continuously and cleaned up and hauled away the debris. Working with Fisher Masonry was a very positive experience. They are extremely responsive and punctual. They arrive when they say they will, begin working when they arrive, and continued working until they job was done. They clean up and leave the area clean. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them."
