"The problem happened to be that the main water valve was cracked. He informed us that the town was reasponsible for the repair. He stayed at the house until the town returned a call and dispatched the public works department. The cracked water main valve also caused a drop in water pressure which left open a heating zone from our boiler. He lossened the valve which fixed the open heating zone. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased.
