"22 year + roof and gutters really needed replacement. Jorge was very thorough and clear in explaining the process. Quote was reasonable. These guys take pride in their work. When the job was completed you would never know they were ever there. Very impressed and highly recommend."

"Oh my goodness what a fantastic company!!!!!! Jonathon and his crew were super efficient, hard workers, honest, fun and reliable. I will recommend JCP to anyone."

"I don't give 5 stars easily, between promptness, courtesy, talent for the work, being able to roll with changes and clean up there is usually some kind of deficiency. But not here, Devon and Aaron did perfect work, moved quickly, finished on schedule, and transformed the interior of my home. I'll have him back anytime."

"Harvey and his team were professional and courteous. My wife and I were very satisfied with the completed work on the interior. We had originally planned on doing the exterior of the house first but had to change our plans. Harvey was accommodating and offered suggestions. Some I took, some I didn't. We are already discussing the projects for this coming summer. He doesn't know it but I have a couple new ideas I may implement. I have no doubt that they will do as an outstanding job on the exterior as they did inside. It looks like a new home."

"Very nice guy, very professional and helpful! Will certainly hire again in the future! Highly recommended!"

"They replaced shingles on a slanted roof and garage, ref-lashed everything, and then replaced a 4x4' skylight. Beautiful, easy to work with, good communication"

"I signed a contract with this company and was provide a copy of their insurance certificate.  I appreciated the fact that he didn?t want to be paid anything until the job was done and I was satisfied.   This is how all contractors should work.  The job was supposed to begin on Thursday but they never showed.  I called Chris (the owner) he apologized, explaining that they had run into some unexpected problems on their current job and would begin on Friday.  His crew of 4 began work on Friday at 10 AM.  I was thoroughly impressed by his guys.  They took the time to protect out flower beds, laid tarp on the lawn and worked hard all day.  These guys didn?t stop every few minutes to take breaks they were hard at it.  By the end of day one the roof was stripped and the deck was completely prepped, and several courses of new shingles had started going down.  They cleaned up as they went along.   Day two came; they arrived at 8 AM and started working.  They worked through the persistent pouring rain and were completed by 3 PM.  They cleaned up and and when they left we had only a few minor things to touch up.  The house looked great and I would recommend them.

"Best price in town, efficient, good work."

"Work was very conscientious, efficient, timely but not rushed, not at all disruptive. Seemed to be great quality work. Repair of leak on the deck resolved the issue as there was no leak after a recent heavy rain. Gave Pedersen Builders only 4 of 5 stars for work quality only because will have to wait for winter to see if the roof "spikes" do their job to break up the ice and snow buildup. If so, then their work is perfect. Will definitely hire them again!"
