"I own a high-end residential property management company in CT. I was in a pinch to service a commercial grade outdoor grill in an interior space. The commercial guys wouldn't do it because it is a white glove situation and the residential cleaners wouldn't do it due to the size/complexity of the commercial fan motor. Tafari did an excellent job of protecting the space all around the grill and hood. One slip & there would have been grease splattered all over the extremely expensive stonework. Tafari cleaned the grill, hood and the vent pipe. He climbed the roof and disassembled the giant fan housing with grease trap, cleaned it all and reassembled it. Everything was perfect! "Stay away from this company. I hired them to perform brick pointing and install a chimney cap. They were so sloppy they spilled cement all over my roof and patio stone. They did not protect my property with any tarps. This is an image of the chimney cap that had been installed. They did not use the correct size and filled in the opening with roofing shingles. I discovered this when flying a drone to take a closer look. When contacting them to repair, they keep rescheduling. No regard for your property at all. You have been warned. "

They were super honest about the condition of our chimney(it’s in really good shape no work needed), so I trust them with the replacement of our liner. "Mark does a great job! He comes to my house every three weeks and stays a few hours, even though my house is on the small side (only 1100 sq. ft). I have two dogs, and when I get home, he's managed to vacuum up all the dog hair. He's very flexible with the schedule. When I've had guests staying at my house, he was willing to change the day so that my house was clean for when my guests arrived. He's great at communicating when he'll be arriving and when he's done. It's so nice to come home to a clean house! "
