He was very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, as I suspected, it was a replacement. Jeff the project called and we walked through our options and price with him. He was low pressure and very understanding. We decided after our research to schedule a replacement for Sunday morning. Les and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice and worked quickly. "this was a great experience from the return phone call from the cheerful/sweet office personnel, getting a quote the same day, to the hard working crew that installed it the following day. every single person here was very respectful of us and our home. they got our tankless water heater installed and ran 2 gas lines. it did take longer than we expected but the gentleman installing everything was professional and a pleasure to be around so we didn’t mind. everyone is very knowledgeable when it came to any questions we had. there was no i’m not sure, i’ll find out or anything like that. there was no mess while working or after they left. prices were good and they didn’t charge the $200-$300 service fee for the estimate like these other companies out there. that did place a small percentage in why we went with them. we are definitely happy choosing this company for this project and we will definitely be using them for all future needs. we highly recommend them."

"It was very hot at the beginning of June, and our A/C had been making the lights flicker and then died. Hard to get someone to come out. Unlike other service providers that we called, even the person I spoke to on the phone to try to explain the issue was helpful, polite, and informative. My huband thought that is was a capacitor, but other companies I called suggested that I had no idea what I was talking about.

As it was hot, with a lot of service calls, they scheduled an "overtime call" for the next day. The technician arrived exactly on time, and was also very polite and professional. He fixed the capacitor and then looked at the A/C unit for other things that might be causing the problem (of the random flickering lights when in use, not just at start up). He did not find any electrical or other issues. I also asked the technician if the unit was "on its last legs" as about a year ago, a different company told us we would need to buy a new one. The Rob-Mor technician stated that while the unit was old, that it appeared to be in good working order, and we would not necessarily need a new one right away. What a relief!
