"I called Waterproofing Inc on a Wednesday and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate for Saturday. Steve promptly came at the scheduled time and we reviewed the situation in my basement.   I told him of my goal to have a finished DRY basement.  He looked at my existing pump and drain. He suggested that I could apply (or have applied) plastic sheeting to the walls to help with the seepage problem. However, he doesn't do that type of work. He also asked me what I thought the problem was with the moisture problem. He suggested that he could extend the current waterproofing system along the entire back wall and gave me a written estimate for that work. The reason that I rated him a B and said I would hire him was because I didn't feel confident in his diagnosis of the root cause of the water problem and his proposed solution to address the issue so that my basement could be dry. I am looking for a one stop shop with a solution driven individual who comes in as a problem solver. I just didn't get that from Steve. He didn't even look (or ask to look) outside the house to see how the water comes off the back of the house where the problem is.  I'm guess if I just wanted someone to drill up the concrete and put a drain in, he would be fine because his price was reasonable for that work. But I'm looking for a holistic solution provider who will address all issues with the most effective and efficient techniques to keep my basement dry.  I just wouldn't hire him for that role."

"Not as planned since the shower replacement faucet was so corroded that Wayne could not remove the valve. He ended up opening up the wall to replace the piece containing the valve. He also checked the water pressure and adjusted it. He did not charge us for it. He also made a minor adjustment on the outside faucet without charge. Overall, Wayne was courteous and explained/showed me what he was doing. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring plumbing/sewer repairs."

"I contacted them via phone and left a message describing the job I wanted done . They phoned me a couple of days later and asked about the size of the tree and the location so they would know
what tools were needed. They said that sometimes they need to use the truck to pull the roots up. I gave them a description of the tree and its location and they quoted me a price of $210 over the phone. I sent them a picture via my iphone of the tree and the road in front of my house. They reviewed the picture and said they could do the job. I really appreciated discussing the job with them on the phone as another company I called did not.They said they could do it the next day in the late morning and I told them to come on out! They arrived at my house around 10 am and they were able to make quick work of the job. They  first cut the tree down with a chain saw and then dug the roots out with a pick axe and did not have to use the truck.They didn't damage any of the surrounding plants in my flower  bed. They also dumped some topsoil I had bought into the hole left by the roots. They took all debris with them and cleaned up my sidewalk afterward. They were very friendly and efficient. "They gave us an estimate on 03/22 and we agreed on 04/04.  They started work on 04/11, with the removal of the existing brick patio and the flower garden,  They poured a concrete base, bringing both these areas to the same height as the sidewalk.  They then built a dry-stack stone enclosure on the front and side of our porch, and installed the square cut flagstone cap on the entire area.  Finally, they built an area of concrete, about four inches wide, to transition from the driveway to the new flagstone area.  This was done in about four days of work, including one day when they had to build a tent-like structure over the work site to shield them from the rain,  The entire crew was courteous, neat, and professional.  We would recommend their service to anyone."
