"This is the 2nd or 3rd time that we used Jimmy and couldn't have been more pleased. My house felt like a sauna and we were desperate for Jimmy to come over. He was extremely busy however he found time to stop by. We were told that we needed a new unit and by 3:30 the following day, we had a new unit installed. Can't get better service than that!!!"

"Fine. I had no issues. They got out to the house very quickly, within several hours of request, they were quick with no added charges or time, and the estimates that were requested (replacement of water heater) were explained thoroughly."

"The original project I hired them for was to replace leaky faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom. Frank, the owner, was responsive and professional. They scheduled the work promptly and showed up on time. Unexpected issues were discovered that required a second trip and additional work. They communicated everything clearly and the additional costs were handled separately and transparently. They also cleaned up after the work was done. I would hire them again."

"They replaced the hot water heater the same day we called. Excellent service but pricey. $2000. Only reason for not giving 5 stars all around."

"Excellent service, punctual and responsive. I would definitely use Stelios again. He was easy to talk to and deal with and offered a very reasonable price. Provided him photos of the water heater and space around it (power vent) and he handled everything -- heater, drain pan, overflow tank, piping, etc.. in and out in around 3 hours."

"Reddick & Sons crew know their business. Not only do they always answer all my questions, but they are knowledgable on additional options to provide even more cost efficient and energy saving options down the road. What a wealth of knowledge and experience on this team. I haven't found this kind of customer service and work quality in the trades anywhere else in Northern Virginia. They don't push any gimmicks or sales. They know what they are doing and they do it well. We have worked with them several times over the past few years (installing a new water tank, dealing with different plumbing issues and HVAC needs) and every time they leave, I know the job has been done well. Reddick & Sons feel like family and I trust them with all of my HVAC and plumbing needs."

"I have been using Advanced Environmental Solutions for over 18 years. Initially I had them take care of routine maintenance and repairs of my HVAC system. In 2018 I did over a $200,000 complete home renovation. I called upon AES to completely redo my single home HVAC to a 3-system installation. I also had them take care of upgrading my electrical panel and installing a new subpanel to support my new professional kitchen. Prior to doing the work, the team came to my house and did a complete survey of what would be required. Once done - John Davis came to my home and explained what they found, their recommendation and the best options and costs associated with my options. Once we get the right mix agreed upon, they set-up a schedule to do the work ensuring that we were not in anyway inconvenienced. We were thrilled with the work and professionalism of the team. My daughter decided to completely gut their home in 2018 and we called upon AES to take care of their home like ours. If you are looking for the finest in professionalism for HVAC and electrical work - and want to be treated like a member of the family and not an end point dollar - then I highly recommend AES. I have been recommending them forever and will continue to do so!!"

"Michael identified the problem and resolved it timely replacing a 16 year old natural gas hot water heater"

"Mr. Morgan was extremely professional. He responded immediately, came out immediately and walked me through the whole process. Their prices were fair and he was extremely efficient. I would definitely call them again for any of my plumbing needs."
