"As the other reviewer said, if I could grade this provider an A+ I would. Not only did he come out during Tuesday's snow, he was prompt, and only took an hour to do what appeared to be a pretty complicated pipe job. More importantly, he was friendly and very fair. 
Our water heater experienced a pipe failure on the cold water side, which caused our hot water to have little to no pressure. I found this provider on Angie's list, and contacted him. 
He identified the problem almost immediately, and in a matter of an hour cut open the pipes, cleared the obstruction, welded them back, and had our hot water pressure back to normal. 
My highest compliment is that JCTHI will be my plumber of choice from here on out.
