The Painter started each morning late and stayed until 10pm or longer using a bright light shining on the house which made it difficult to sleep until he left. One night he slept in our driveway so he could start early the next morning but didn’t start until after 9am. He kept the bright work light on all night while sleeping in the driveway. He used our dogs blue pool without permission to store items including paint. He must’ve took the pool with him because it’s no where to be found. He left trash all over my yard, in my shrubs and my driveway. I’m still finding utility knife blades in my yard and driveway."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
