"Hernandez Roofing & Exteriors LLC was excellent and you can tell that the owners take pride in the service they provide. We were in constant contact with them and were provided photos and information about products used prior to the work starting. I was not able to be at home when the work was being done and told Cesar to replace any rotted wood that need to no replaced. He told me how many boards were bad and made sure it was ok to replace them. When I returned home, the boards were in the front yard to let me know exactly how many boards were replaced. The roof and gutters look amazing. Hernandez Roofing takes pride in the work they provide, the owner was present for the work being done on the roof and came back to inspect the gutters after they were completed. All of the debris was removed when the work was completed and they walked the property with us to make sure nothing was missed and we were happy with the work that was done. "Tom was a professional from start to finish, and I immediately felt I could trust him and his crew to do the job right. Tom called me the same day I contacted them for an estimate, and he came to my house within a couple days to look at our roof, measure and provide an estimate. The roofing job was done within a week of initial contact, and we are very pleased with the quality of work, materials and price. The crew took time to tarp the neighbor's house, so as not to damage their property, and they left our yard, gutters and surrounding property spotless (from roofing materials, that is). Overall, we are very happy with the job Tom and his crew performed, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof or repair."

"100+ year old brick building with 6-7+ layers of roof was leaking. Sam the owner of Expert Super Seal Roofing was able to bid the job within a few days of the initial contact call. He quickly revised the contract in response to some of our concerns and supplied us with proof of liability insurance upon request. The original plan involved tearing off all the old roofing layers, placing insulation on the deck, placing a base sheet on the insulation, placing a torch down bitumen system, placing a new coping on one of the parapet walls and a final liquid aluminum asphalt coat and guttering. After the many layers of the roof were torn off-the much larger scope of the job became apparent as at least 1/4 of the roof area had rotten decking and joists and a large section of the inner brick layer of the parapet wall had to be rebuilt. The original time estimate was 2 days and the job was completed in 5 consecutive days. When the need for additional work became apparent Sam immediately had extra workers on site and the extra materials that were needed for the rebuild. An additional dumpster was needed due to the extent of the tear off. Throughout the job Sam kept us posted with photos as to the extent and progress of the work. I was impressed with quality of the work, the efficiency of the workers and the job site clean-up."
