He found four cracks in our foundation on the back wall of the house, took pictures and set traps. It was great having someone so knowledgeable and they’re coming back out after we get the cracks in the foundation taken care of which should be in the next week or two. He told us that we needed to get a plumber to take care of the sewer leak and I called Angi and they recommended a plumber who came out the same day. We hired Greenix to help get rid of mice at a duplex we own. When we signed up, we were told they would come out every other week and that the issue should be resolved within about a month. Instead, it took around **four months** to finally get the problem under control. A major issue was the lack of reliability. Many times, they were **no-call, no-shows**, which was extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with a pest issue at a rental property. On top of that, the billing felt very misleading. We were put on a monthly charge, but then they would also charge extra when they actually came out to the property. When we called to cancel, we were told there would be a **$350 cancellation fee**, which was not clearly explained to us when we started the service. It felt very sly and misleading.
