"I asked around for a reliable good pest control service and received this information. When I called I got all the I formation I needed and set up and appointment immediately. Jamaal came out and I got an free estimate, and he serviced the same day. I have not had a problem since. I highly recommend this pest control service he was on time and very professional."

"Very well. Mr. Valdez is very sharp, very smart, very professional. He examined the hole, and told me that the squirrel had not chewed his way into the side of the house. Then he proceeded to seal up the hole. Afterwards, he gave me valuable information on pest control in general. I highly recommend."

Greenix has called and resolved this situation to my satisfaction. They have proven quite thoroughly that they care about their company's integrity and the customer service provided by it's agents. I have revised my initial grading accordingly.
Original Review:
I canceled my first appointment with Greenix Pest Control after waiting 45 minutes past the scheduled time and two phone calls ending up in their voicemail. The new customer coupon and great Angie's List rating (at the time) was tempting enough to bite. Now I read their Facebook page and apparently this is a long standing issue with them. I definitely do NOT recommend wasting your time with this company. Their FB page also lists complaints of being charged even when no service was provided; that better not happen here!"

"Last year had trouble with wasps after duct cleaning. Figured with cool weather, now was time to have it checked. Turns out had nest in VERY low crawl space which when removed filled 2 kitchen garbage bags! Due to waiting for smaller assistant, was here within 2 hrs. of my call. Rich was knowledgeable about preventing further incursions with a inexpensive stainless steel product to plug holes and "seal" spaces between the basement and aluminum siding. Also showed me ways to prevent box elder incursions."

"I thought I had squirrels in the wall,but when Ax came out he checked around the entire house and didn’t see any signs of squirrels coming in anywhere, however he did go in attic and stated it could be nice so he dropped poison packs and said I should stop hearing the sounds within a few days. He stated he will be back in a couple of weeks. They replied to my email and even though Josh said he couldn’t make it, he will see if he could get someone out, within a hour, Ax called me and came out and took care of the problem."
