"The servicemen responded to the request for repair of my dishwasher within minutes after it was made. They were at my house within 90 minutes of the initial request on a Sunday, which was in itself remarkable. Once at my home, they thoroughly inspected the appliance and diagnosed the problem, after considering various diagnoses. While here, I mentioned that there was an issue with the circuitboard of my oven range, and they took a look at that without hesitating. They determined that I would need to replace the circuitboard, as no particular repair could be made, and then proceeded to look up the part for me from multiple local parts stores. They provided me with the price for the part and ultimately told me that it was an easy installation that I could likely handle on my own, so as to save me the money on labor. They mentioned that if I needed any assistance, that I could call them and they would be happy to walk me through the installation over the phone. After all this, I was only charged a visit fee which was very reasonable, considering it was a Sunday. Overall, Rays reflects itself as an honest, personable, and competent appliance repair company. I ll be recommending them to friends and colleagues, and will personally use them for future repair needs."

"Called Appliance Guy, and he came right out. He did some tests, and informed me that I needed an electrician to check the line. I paid him, which was reasonable for what he did. After he left, I pulled the washer out and discovered a bad power cord. I bought another power cord and installed it, and the dishwasher is fine now. I suggested pulling the washer out and check, but he still thought I needed an electrician, so he didn't."

"Called for an appointment on a Thursday and was told Don would come out on Friday. Don called Friday and explained that he got held up at a job and would have to cancel my appointment. He asked if Monday was ok and I agreed. He came out on Monday with the part and about 45 minutes or so he was done and washer was fixed. Don explained everything, from what he was doing to why it happened. Don also took the time to clean off a section of the washer that wasn't visible to me to avoid a further issue. Don also gave me heads up on other issues that may occur and what to watch for. Excellent repair man, reasonable rates, very professional and courteous. I have already referred him to two others.
