"It was 10am during the week between Christmas and New Years day. My main water valve inside the house was stuck in the off position so I had no water for toilets, sinks.... Chris from the company made it out to my house in advance of the Noon appointment and worked with the village (the village has to turn on\off the water from outside to my house) to get the repair completed within 2.5 hours, which was amazing. I began the screening process again and found Tim to listen and problem-solve better than any other professional. He expertise really came through at multiple stages of the project.
