"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

I threw some of my ideas I there that I thought didn't make a lot of since but after sitting down with my contractor they were able to add to my ideas whcih made it all come together with a better picture in my mind. But after the job was complete it was nothing near what I imagined. The 2 tone color with the crown border is awesome!!! The whole area look bigger and is not dull any more."

"The removal and replacement of the shingles went well. The crew did not replace the rain diverters over the entry doors. Our sales rep was responsive to text and phone messages but somehow the work never got scheduled until a phone conversation with the main office. One major drawback was that the on-site supervisor did not speak the same language as the roofing crew, I don't understand how they can work that way. Thankfully the roofing crew didn't seem to need much supervision."
