"Jerry Dunlap provided a printed quotation for the work within 30 minutes after measuring and assessing the work to be done. Mr. Dunlap made some excellent suggestions to improve the project. The price was comparable to other quotations, but was much more detailed about the scope of work. He and his crew arrived on time to perform the work. All concrete removal, grading, and formwork was complete in the first day. The concrete was placed the second day. To avoid damage to the existing driveway, all trucks remained on the street. Old concrete was removed with a Bobcat and fresh concrete was hauled in with a small self-powered machine. The quality of the work is excellent. Rebar ties to the old concrete, rebar reinforcement at the new curb, beautiful finish. The crew was respectful of the property and properly cleaned the area of food wrappers, etc. I highly recommend this company."

Johnathon recommended using a swale instead of the curb and installed new bricks on the border. His professionalism was outstanding. Overall, an excellent job by MadeWell Concrete. "Doug and his crew worked over a weekend at my request. We were up against a tight timeline to move into a just purchased house. There was a concrete basement floor which had been soiled badly by animals. It was covered with peel-n-stick tiles. It took alot of work to remove the old tiles and clean the floor. I wish we would have had more time to pick a painted finish but we did not. The floor is clean and the bad smells are gone. It looks like plain bare concrete but we have put down area rugs. The seal is good. Water beads up on top of the finish, like on a rainex windshield.
Doug went out of his way to accomodate our schedule. From start of negotiations to the finished, sealed floor was less than a week. I wish we would have had more time (for a painted floor and then sealer), but we did not.

"Josh is truly the best. I try to seek out the best for my area, and Josh with Saber concrete and foundations was the best. A portion of crack in garage floor had dropped as well as a couple sections of driveway with many cracks. Driveway and garage floor level and all cracks filled. Garage floor and driveway are both over 25 years old. The work he did will allow me to not worry about replacement for many years. He knows his business and provides exceltional work. Very responsive when needed. He's honest about the project and his crew are hard working. He cares about his customers. Good work is always my #1 concern and and was not disappointed. "Lou Sullivan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He showed up on time to do the estimate, walked me through the stamping/colorization process, and gathered required info from me to help him ascertain how to achieve the finished look I desired (including layout, colors, and expansion joint locations). Once done he provided me with an estimate as well as his availability. At no point did I feel pressured, and Lou's professionalism made it feel like I was working with a partner who was genuinely invested in helping me achieve my objective. After agreeing on both a price and timing, Lou returned with his crew to do the work, as scheduled. Again he was punctual, and his crew did a fantastic job of getting the pour down, spread, stamped, colored, and cut (expansion joints) in a timely fashion. A week later (to allow curing) Lou returned to seal the finished product. I'm writing this review more than 18 months after completion of the project -- and waited this long to see how the finished product held up. When clean (as opposed to covered in pollen), my patio looks as good as it did the day after it was sealed. I'm very pleased with the result and would/will engage Carolina Decorative Concrete again should I have a need for more work of this type. Lou is a true professional and a master at his craft. Important: It should be noted that I already had a 4" base of level, tamped crush & run in place for the patio … as well forms in place to hold the concrete pour. Thus, the pricing I received was strictly for the decorative concrete work, as all required prep work had already been performed prior to engaging Lou. Those in need of prep work should factor its cost in, of course."
