"We contracted Nei Brothers to give us an estimate of replacing the carpet in our entire house. Dennis was extremely knowledgable about his products. The level of service on our first visit convinced us that this was the company for us. <br /> The work was done in 2 phases to lessen the disruption to our special needs child. They made sure to have his bedroom completed and ready for him before he came home from school. The quality of the workmanship cannot be beat. The quality of the materials used far exceed our expectations. Because we had this done on two different days, the clean up between each phase was outstanding. "I purchased a new home and the three bedrooms needed new carpet.  The owner explained how important the padding under the carpet is and also brought several really nice samples.   I decided on the type of carpet, the owner arranged to have the carpet installed approximately three days later.  The carpet installers were scheduled to arrive between 8:30 - 10:30 they arrived at 11:00 but they did call to ask if being a half hour late would be ok,  i agreed, they arrived and were fast to work.  The carpet was completely installed in approximately four hours, they cleaned up the area, wasted no time, and completed the job.  The installers were professional as well.  I would recommend iCarpets in The Park to anyone, in fact I've already past the business name and contact on to a couple of my co-workers. <br />"

"I reached out to Mike at Windy City and we set an appointment immediately. He had to cancel the appointment but phoned early to let me know and rescheduled promptly. He showed up to my home with an array of samples. Took measurements and spent some time explaining the process and the types of carpet. He even sent me carpet samples so I could lay them on the floor to compare. The men who installed showed up about 30 minutes late but got right to work. They were friendly and hardworking. All of our heavy furniture was upstairs so they had to move from one side of the room to the other. No small task since our roof is angled which cuts down the space to move items. It took them longer than they thought to install: 10 hours in all! The carpet looks great! And the padding underneath is the BEST! What a difference on our feet! I would definitely hire again."

"Mike from Nex flooring visited our home and listened to our requests and described in detail how his team would perform the requested work.  He even offered his professional opinion in selecting products and types of finishes.  Once the project was accepted, the team arrived on time and was professional.  We asked Mike to lay solid wood flooring down in our living and family room and an upstairs hallway and to refinish our living room and stairs.  Mike's team worked quickly and worked with other contractors to complete the job in time.  Once the job was completed, the finished product exceeded our expectations.  The team was meticulous and completed the job in the time promised.  During the job, the team encountered a problem with our stairs.  The stairs had carpeting on them and the previous owners had used a cleaner or chemicals which had discolored the wood on the stairs.  Mike made us aware of the problem and offered solutions.  One solution they offered did not work out as planned, however instead of simply walking away and telling us that was our problem to deal with, they offered up suggestions to fix without additional cost to us.  Mike and his team made multiple trips to our home and helped us resolve the damage to the stairs.  They returned and cleaned up the damage to the stairs without having to replace the wood on the stairs.  The finished product turned out great and Nex Flooring stayed within the quote they provided.  Mike and his team went above and beyond to complete our project.  He was great to work with and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a contractor who refuses to leave a site until the homeowner is completely satisfied. <br />"
