"The services were done well.  Unfortunately they missed some things during the initial inspection.  The back flow valve at the house was leaking, which did not get noticed.  Secondly, they did the initial repairs in the rain which caused them to miss a broken head which was just pouring out water onto the sidewalk.  The price was not too bad, much better than another company who was out.  I would just have liked a little more attention to the details. <br /> They were apologetic about the things they missed, but obviously still charged full price for the repairs.  Overall, they were good, and I would use them again. <br />"

They brought out pieces of all the pipe and tile that was being used and explained how everything was going to work. They were respectful with communicating the times they would be working, they were respectful not using any profanity while working. The job was done in a timely manner. "Service tech Harold Thuesen and his partner rapidly diagnosed a series of issues with the system, from a faulty pipe joint that was allowing air into the lines to a faulty previous repair on the solenoids that had turned a four-zone system into a single-zone system lacking the pressure to power the sprinkler heads. They fixed the joint and rebuilt the solenoids. With the system working, they were able to flush all of the many sprinkler heads save one, which they replaced. Then they showed me how to program the system. They clearly had the expertise to diagnose and make repairs quickly, and they could not have been more helpful and professional. They did all of their work in an hour, too. These guys were not dawdlers. Highly recommended."

"It went well.  The owner of the company came out himself to allow me to show him exactly what I wanted done.  He was a very pleasant gentleman to talk to and after the job was completed he came back out to see if I was satisfied.  His foreman who ran the job, Paul, was a very knowledgeable fellow and while doing the job explained things to his fellow workers, so their was no misunderstanding about what was to be done. <br />"
