Technician removed my toilet before installing for flooring, which the other company wasn't going to do. Technician included floor molding, which the other company wasn't going to do. Empire salesman came with samples to show me, straightforward pricing, and made the process very simple. I didn't need to look elsewhere after that. I knew this was what I wanted. "They built a deck for me and my husband. The material was Trex. They were able to beat the prices of other contractors that we were able to get quotes on. They communicated to us through texts and calls and were extremely timely on their responses. The deck looks amazing. We can't wait to enjoy it when the weather gets warmer. They were also able to do other little things around the house for us that we needed (putting up a shower door, theater, etc) for an extra fee. I would highly recommend!"
