This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I would say if your looking for a meticulous company to do your floors then perhaps you should look elsewhere. Again, not a bad job, just not the quality that makes them great or outstanding."

Technician removed my toilet before installing for flooring, which the other company wasn't going to do. Technician included floor molding, which the other company wasn't going to do. Empire salesman came with samples to show me, straightforward pricing, and made the process very simple. I didn't need to look elsewhere after that. I knew this was what I wanted. Great job by salesman and technician. My floor is beautiful!"
