"Please rate this company 1/2 star in all categories. They were supposed to have our shower and tile job done in 3 weeks, instead it took over 3 months. We had to have them redo some sections because the work wasn t done properly. When we started using our shower after a new shower pan and tile job from this contractor, we now have a major water leak and the whole shower has to be torn out and replaced and water damage through the floor and down into our kitchen ceiling repaired."

"I do not normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that John from Thoro-clene provided I thought it needed to be recognized. I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work.
