"Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work. I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "

His men were friendly and very accommodating, they began to feel like family. Misha provided great counsel when we were planning the reno, had wonderful suggestions, and was open to all our ideas. Their prices were very reasonable in comparison with other area contractors. We cannot recommend them highly enough!"

I shelled out a whopping $10,000 for what was supposed to be 20 simple outdoor steps, and instead, they?ve turned my hillside into a chaotic excavation site?a complete and utter disaster! After six long, wasted months and all that money there?s not a single thing to show for it except the extensive damage they?ve inflicted on my property. How could they let this happen? It?s infuriating and heartbreaking!"

"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. They are unprofessional, uncommunicative, unreliable and clearly not trustworthy. My experience currently has been a complete waste of time, money and emotional energy. Dr. CLARICE BROWN "

I have to say that we are extremely pleased with how our bathroom turned out and how beautiful it looks. Santos and his team were extremely professional and accommodated all of our requests. They showed up on time every day for the duration of the remodel, and they provided high quality service. The company is affordable and Santos worked within our budget without charging any hidden fees. Everyone on his team is extremely friendly and we felt comfortable having them in our home working on our bathroom. We are definitely using them again for our next project. Highly recommend!"
