"The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.

"Extremely easy- Work was done by  AJ - who is excellent - like his Dad- Tony.  I knew where I wanted the light installed ( to provide light on a dark side of the house) and AJ was able to do just that- and it was a bit of challenge placing the light- and he did  that very well.  Very satisfied with the work.

"They did a great job. Once the job was completed, Mark charged me less because the scope of work involved was actually smaller than he had predicted. We are very happy with the results. I should add that many companies would not do the work because they stated it was too small of a job or that they did not want to repair another company's poor work. Mark took a look at my patio problem and didn't care that he was fixing up someone else's poor job. He was confident that he could fix it easily and he did. We are very appreciative for his help!"

"M&G was the last electrical contractor we contacted to do the electrical work in our basement finishing project. The estimate was spot on. They were a bit cheaper than the other contractors we contacted, but Jason was very personable and we decided to hire them for the project. They worked with our timeline, which spanned approximately 4 months. I did all the work myself, so finishing the basement took a bit longer than expected. The wiring was very professional and he worked with us on adding in an extra light and another receptacle. The inspector came by and was impressed with the wiring work. Although it took us longer to finish the drywall and paint, Jason was able to come and finish the electrical work within a week of us letting him know we were almost done painting. He found some burnt wires in the electrical panel and fixed it with no extra charge. It's nice to have an electrician that is professional, informative, and safety-minded. Final electrical inspection was the next day, and needless to say we passed. We plan on using them again when we have other electrical projects!

"My experience with Earth Friendly Service was a positive one. My husband and I recently purchased a house that needed some TLC. I reached out to EFS and then responded immediately. Within a few days Steve and Phil were out at my house to see what repairs were needed and to give an estimate. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. I received a couple other quotes but EFS was most reasonable as far as a balance of price and timeline for completion. We set a date to start and when they began the work, it was completed within a week. Steph was great. Detail oriented. Asked questions of my desires when there was uncertainty. Wayne, let his work speak for itself. Phil went above and beyond doing other minor repairs that he noticed as he went along and giving tips to us as new home owners. Steve dropped by to make sure things were running smoothly and on schedule.
