"Had several problems with them residing my house. First of all, the dumpster was supposed to be at my house early in the morning on the day that they started. It did not show up until 6 pm that evening so the old siding was on my grass all day and killed some of it. After they were done, I checked everything and found they messed up my electrical, did not hook the exhaust hose back up when they installed a new vent. The project manager was not any help, so I had to call the owner. Eventually they got an electrician out to fix everything and I hooked the exhaust hose up myself and now everything is good but the fact that they said they were done and left things a mess if what bothered me. It took a couple weeks to fix, and it should have been done in 4 days. Most people probably don't check everything like I did so who knows if they did this to other homeowners."

I went to the basement and saw that there was water leaking from the top of the hot water tank and spilling down the side onto the floor. This was a weekend. I called KC Plumbing and he came out to inspect. Thankfully, he found out that the tank was still under warranty with the manufacturer. Since we still had water (cold) it wasn't an extreme emergency so he was able to fit us into his schedule on the the upcoming Tuesday. The work was done efficiently, economically and completed in 1 day which was great. This is the 2nd time we have used this company. We are quite pleased with the experiences we have had with KC Plumbing. The owner, L.J., has serviced us very well and we will use him again when we have any other plumbing issues."

"Dishonest.. companies like this is who you want to stay away from. Don’t use them. Tech came and tried to charge me 965 dollars for minor toilet leak. To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them."
