I had new floors installed. To be honest, there was a problem with how the upstairs bathroom floor was installed. I was not happy and after they looked at the job, they agreed with me. New materials were ordered and installed perfectly within several weeks. I think that is what impresses me about this company. So many times contractors blow off an older woman. I've been treated so poorly by other companies. Not this company. When there was a problem with that flooring, they wanted to make things right and have me be satisfied. They never talked down to me or made me feel like my requests were outlandish. I couldn't be happier."

"Got this company through my home warranty and i had been out of ac for several days even with all the stuff going on he got to me within 2 days got my coil and ac unit replaced for a really good price he was very nice told me everything he came across explained why it was wrong and how it happened and why things that were happening happened which was really nice considering the issues i have been having he was here until 10 o'clock on a Sunday night when no one else would even call me back. he was very nice and his work is crisp clean and very very professional if you are looking for someone to work on your stuff David is your guy he will do what needs to be done and do it right. work with him and he works with you he was very nice and helpful when he showed up for the work and kept everything 100% with me when it came to the warranty company. defiantly recommend if you want a nice clean professional job done right! thank you"

"He did a solid job. However, I had scheduled an additional window cleaning to be done in conjunction with the tile cleaning/sealing 3 days prior (with his office manager/scheduler). When Doug showed up, he knew nothing about it so I've had to schedule separately for him to come out again. I live in a small townhouse and only have 5 windows. Also, Doug tried to sell me full priced services that I knew full well were deeply discounted here on Angie's List. Can't blame a guy for trying, I guess. Additionally, I feel $400 was very high for the project but he is a nice, trustworthy person & I needed the work done right away."

"I called several companies about hauling away an old big screen TV and some other odds and ends. David Estrada was the only one that could come by the same day. When he arrived he looked over what I had and told me the cost would be $75.00, which is his minimum. I considered getting some more bids, but I needed to get the stuff out of the garage. So I paid David to haul the stuff away. He is a nice man and took care of things for me."

Ron was able to come out to give me an estimate within two days of contacting him through Angie's list.  He arrived exactly on time and spent a long time looking at the house.  I walked around the house with him and as he looked at different things he would say things like "Now no matter who you hire to do this job, make sure they do......"  whatever he thought needed to be done.  He wasn't arrogant and admitted he might be the lowest price of all bidders, but that the quality would be exceptional and it was.  The crew was very respectful of the property and never left a mess.  The work site was completely cleaned up every night and all ladders and other equipment stacked neatly in the backyard (off of the grass).  The attention to detail of James and his crew was outstanding...I can't find any issues with the house and I've walked around it looking at everything several times.  When the job was done, Ron personally came out and walked around the house with me to look at every detail to make sure I was satisfied.  We also had them clean our windows, a service they offered for $10 per opening...well worth the money.  The window cleaning was done with the same attention to detail as the painting and the windows sparkle!
