The biggest fault was ours, I believe we had let that carpet go too long without a professional cleaning. Oh, and at one time we had 7 dogs. The basement is my husband's man cave and I seldom ventured it. I should have. The doggy smell was mostly eradicated, but obvious stains remain, which I understand isn't uncommon when the stain sets. The rust stains, are all almost gone, he did a good job on those. I think Bed Red did a good job, considering the mess they had - on an off white carpet, no less. The price was a little high. I was anticipating about $400 and it was about $450; but he was really working! Obviously, I would have liked it to remove more spots, but realistically, that just wasn't possible, and they did a great job."
