Brad was very helpful when making decisions on things that were on my dream list, while also keeping my budget in mind. I have no complaints about this process with Quality Home Improvements. It actually went a lot smoother than I ever anticipated and I think that was due to having a contractor who was well experienced. His work is VERY TEDIOUS and there is nothing that I saw that I wished had been done better. My house was always left in the condition that I left it or better, and remnants from working were always picked up. If I ever need any other remodel work done, I know who I will contact."

"I am satisfied with the work that was done in replacing my porch column. However, the price I was quoted over the phone was not the price they asked for at the end of the job. The price was $500 higher than agreed upon. Word to the wise: be sure to ask about the hidden fees, such as fuel and delivery of the materials. I live in Fremont, and they ordered the materials from my local hardware store, which is approximately 1.5 miles away, and charged me $125 for pickup and delivery. Had I known about the extra fees, I would have chosen a different company. Quality of work: Good (except for two small gouges in the post and no caulking around the base and top of the column). Communication: Poor (failure to disclose all expenses and stand by the original agreement)"
