"We interviewed 3 contractors. The quotes were close, but we felt more confident with Shawn's vision. We had a very large area to excavate and landscape. We had many trees removed and close to some wetland area which could not be disturbed. Shawn had a vision and we let him run with it. Timing wise he finished up just prior to the start of many long periods of rain. It was a very big project, and he mostly worked alone.
