At one point he rejected tile that I had received because it was not flat, and he would not work with it because he felt that I would not be happy with the result. He was unfamiliar with the grout that I selected, and took the time to carefully read the directions and learn how to properly work with it before putting it down, which I appreciated. <br /> After the job was done I decided that I did not like some of the marble that I selected (my fault) and I had him come back and remove four pieces of marble and install four new pieces. He did not complain, and assessed the project carefully, and did the replacement perfectly. You would never know that it was reworked. <br /> Francesco always showed up on time, and completed his work in a timely fashion. He is personable and easy to work with.
