"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. "I contacted this company so I can get my ice maker fixed. I spoke with a gentlemen name Mr.Jerry would told me my fan was probably frozen and to unplug the refrigerator for a few minutes.
