They didn't leave until the job was done to their high standards even if it meant coming back to finish some touch up paint. They also built a small balcony on the back of my house and when there wasn't any railing that would look good they built it themselves. On top of all of this their customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with. I am so thankful I chose Simpson's Painting and Repairs for my balcony to be built and house painted. "OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."

"Crawford Construction did a very good job. I'm very happy and satisfied with the result. Contacting them was easy. I texted them a description of the job and sent them a photo. Crawford Construction called me the same day, gave me a quote and scheduled the job on the phone. The following day they took the old section of fascia to match the color and shape and visually inspected what needed to be repaired. They installed the new piece and completed the job on the third day as scheduled and as quoted. Crawford Construction did their job professionally and promptly while other services that I contacted hesitated to do a small job. Crawford Construction delivered what they said they'll do. I will highly recommend them to anyone and I will use their services again should the need arise."

"My husband and I have hired Mark Snyder and his crew at Handy Helpers for many projects big and small over the last 7 years, since we bought our first home and again now in our second one. The cabinets, fixtures and hardware were installed absolutely perfectly (meaning the cabinets were so perfectly aligned that the install guys from a separate granite company were shocked at how easy it was to place the counter tops) and the finished kitchen was beautiful. "BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT !!!!! I purchased a 2 hr handyman coupon to fix an exterior door that wasn't closing properly. This door needed to be fixed. A hinge had come undone I had heard that “winter was coming”. The repairman arrived on time and he suggested an alternative fix to re-notching the hinges and tearing out the framing of the door. My door was closing perfectly in half an hour! This quick fix gave me time to address some repairs I had thought out of reach of this coupon. In short, within my 2 hours, my handyman had patched a crack in my concrete steps and in the driveway (using a mix I had on hand as well as some materials he had in his truck), moved my air conditioner to the basement, and performed many tasks that single women call “please move this and put it there”. All of this performed with courtesy and skill. Myriad Handyman Services has certainly earned my loyalty.
