"Weâ d like to say the categories of this is not Fair to Texas Green Lead in regard to our project! We got several quotes or attempted to. This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line. Gerardo performed phenominally! Our project took several months but from the start communication has been excellent! All concernâ s big or small was addressed. "Ishmael did a great job repairing our pergola and deck. The pergola required straightening an rebracing- a technical job that others didn't want to tackle. The deck was sagging in spots due to joists that were not properly supported and other joists that had rotted. He reframed the deck supports with pressure treated lumber and added a concrete beam that supports the part that was sagging. We are very satisfied with the work. He had to work hard for several days."
