"We are having our fence extended and the company sliced the underground irrigation wires in several places so the fence work had to be halted until sprinkler wiring was repaired. We are do it yourselfers but still needed some advice and parts so we called Moore SC on JULY 4th. I couldn't believe they were open and the lady on the phone was super helpful, so my husband asked if they did repairs and the answer was yes! So when she told us they could come the very next day between noon and 2 we decided to let the pros do the repairs. Sabino showed up today at 2:45 and was very knowledgeable and worked quickly which is nice as you are paying by the hour. About 50 feet of underground wiring had to be completely replaced. All in all $282. I'm super pleased with the professionalism, promptness and quality of work. I'm sure it is difficult to gauge timing of appointments as there are so many possible issues with irrigation systems. I felt 2:45 arrival was acceptable."

"The quote process went well. Carlos is very knowledgeable about the trees and processes. The quoted cost was much 50%than other Arborists (which is different than a tree trimmer). When I asked why the price was high, The response was "I am offering a premium pruning, which consist of raising canopies, interior thinning, reduce away from home, balancing trees, deadwood, mistletoe and broken limbs removed, most importantly the Selective Pruning on the higher parts of tree that is strongly recommend." Based on this response, I hired them to do the job. They did a good job of installing the tree brace and cable system. They also did a nice job of pruning the Live Oak. However, the other 2 trees were given a very minimal trimming. Asked for them to return and complete the "Premium", They came back the next day and did the job completely. The trees now look great. In summary, they are capable, quick, knowledgeable and expensive, and may under-prune unless you are very clear on your instructions."

"CRI Landscaping (Mr Abel Lomeli) recently completed work at my home in fixing two major leaks in the lawn irrigation system main line and replacing a sprinkler shut-off valve. Abel demonstrated a keen understanding of the irrigation system and sprinkler line layouts. He showed a great judgement in locating the source and types of the leaks in the system. Once that was determined, he came up with a reasonable plan and cost estimate to fix the leaks. With the help of his able assistant, he had the leaks fixed and the shutoff valve replaced in a very timely manner. Overall, Abel did an outstanding high quality work.
