Blue frog sent out a plumber(Ray W) and he confirmed my breach location and depth with his main drain camera. We agreed to a fair reasonable price and expected time to repair the line . They came out fixed my problem at the fair price and at the agreed upon time. Kari in customer service and Ray W plumber were professional and courteous and I would recommend Bluefrog plumbing to anyone."

"We notice a lick the of the shower. When moving the shower, we finally find a spot. I contacted them, but they explained that the tiles company is the one that has anissue. So, I hired an inspector to check the shower.. And the the inspector asked us ask contact to contact the both company (C&W).. So, I did. A week later, the outcome was unexpected. they did not admit the mistake. We did all required, but they just pointing about the inspector. We currently have no shower, a lot of money has damages. i do not trust them to work again anymore and everywhere."

"Tyler came in and immediately said the fly issue wasn't from a broken or separated pipe under the slab. He checked the bottom of the toilet and found a small leak. Removing the toilet showed the flange was installed incorrectly 23 years ago by another plumber which caused the flange to break and cause the leak. Adam came in to replace the flange and install a new updated toilet. His photos confirmed that the flange was installed correctly and the toilet works great.
