In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. "I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000. They are definitely not the cheapest guys in town if compared task for task, but they close the gap in service, honesty, and efficiency. I wanted a specialist for my problem and I was willing to pay to get the best. They delivered and I believe saved me a great deal of money in the long run. I had a friend with a similar problem a few weeks ago who got a huge quote from another plumber. I told her to give Morgan a call. Again, they found the leak and were able to perform a reroute that saved her money over the tunneling proposed by the other guy and Morgan was able to get to the job sooner to boot. This is definitely one of those cases of you getting what you pay for. They are a highly skilled company, do quality work, and won't try to jerk you around for more costly or complicated solutions. "Installation was great. The service guys were excellent. The salesperson left out a few important details such as the discounts we were able to eventually get and the communication between the service guys and the salesperson was lacking."

"The service was prompt and the toilets were installed and are working just as expected. There were two things that bothered me about this installation: 1) the flange on one of the toilets was rusted out and to remove and replace it, I was charged $300. Prices for flanges are considerably less than that so most of that cost would be for labor. Considering the flange was installed in much less than one hour, I feel I was excessively overcharged. Additionally, many flakes of rust were all over my bathroom. There was no effort to clean up the mess. 2) the three removed toilets were placed in my alley for removal by city trash removal. That's OK, they took them, but there was no attempt to consolidate the boxing material for the new toilets. Packing material and boxes for the new toilets ended up spread all over the alley. He even left his water bottle out in the open. Being overcharged and lack of respect for my home are the two reasons this company will not be hired again. I just wish I had taken pictures of the messes."
