"Called Parker around 11 AM and he made the repair and was gone by 11:40. He just happened to be in the area. Loose wire feeding the main breaker on one side. A real hazard that could have cost hundreds if not promptly repaired or resulted in a fire. Highly recommend Reed Electric."

Jonathan returned my initial call very quickly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. He set a time to come do the work and showed up when he said he would. He explained that there would be a slight delay in getting a necessary part (supply issue, just like everything). Once the part was procured, he finished the job promptly. Jonathan gave me detailed instructions on how to operate everything. I could not ask for a better job than this. I can definitely recommend."
