"Chad did an excellent job with replacing, painting, and sealing some boards on the exterior of my home. He was very thorough, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend his services."

My name is jarred brownlee my partner is nick Washam. We are just a couple guys who are trying to build our own business. We always work hard and have gathered a bunch of skills in our 30 years. We will always be kind and respectful. I hope you can give our little company a chance.

"They were good. One of the counters that they installed had kind of sank. They came back out and elevated it back and re-caulked it. There was no charge. They remounted the sink and raised the slab back up. I had the sink mounted underneath the marble top. So they had to disconnect the sink to reset it. They didn't reattach the sink. When I called they said, "Oh, we don't do that." Well, you took it apart you should have put it back where it was. What I liked the most was that they came out and corrected it and didn't charge me. The least that I liked was that they could have just reattached the sink."

"I don’t usually write reviews but I felt it necessary this time. Calahan Construction has come through in the clutch for the second time with my A/C repair. (2 different houses) From here on out Calahan Construction will be my FIRST call. I tried to give opportunities to friends of friends and gotten burned both times. Each time Mr. Calahan has come through to clean up their mess! In both situations previous repair companies offereoptions of new units or extremely high price repairs. Mr. Calahan provided me with pictures and a detailed explanation of my problem and did repairs at a fraction of the cost! Extremely professional and efficient service! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in the DFW that need a/c work completed!"

"It didn't. I use HandymanMatters of Lewisville."

"It went wonderfully! On time, extremely knowledgeable about flooring replacement, very friendly and professional. And, cleaned up after work completed. Already hired him for another project at my house."

"It went wonderful. Everyone was professional and courteous. They even follow up on their work."

"Went well, although every time I got a call, there was more bad news.  The wall had been leaking because a deck had not been installed properly.  There was no flashing, so all rain water was running inside the wall for years causing rotting and mold.  They took off upper deck boards and removed siding and framing to reveal the problem.  They built a temporary wall, as there was nothing holding the wall up, since the joists were rotted. The windows had to be removed, since everything was rotted.  All was replaced and the windows put back, as well as the siding and deck boards.  Wallboard was replaced inside the room and textured and painted and repairs made to the ceiling.
This was all happening after I had just had the whole downstairs painted. =(
Art Frewalt and his crew were very nice and worked to get the job done as quickly as possible.
I will definitely call on them again."

"The installation looks very well done, grout recommendation was spot on . Showed up when he said he would. Next time I need tile work done I will make sure to call."
