First time- Crappy job- took 11 days instead of 4, sawdust was stuck in the surface making it rough near the windows that had sawdust on them, the color was much lighter than we wanted, the curved molding that was to remain was removed. We could only reach them by phone 1 our of 8 times. We were not even contacted that the work would be delayed."
