"The electrical work I feel was done well, however he left a complete mess of my basement. Instead of drilling through the wood to run lines, a hammer was use to knock the holes. Splintering wood and screws were all over my furniture and floor. My son stepped on the nails and splintered wood. It took me two hours to clean up after them. My wood beams are a mess, our basement looked like a tornado went through it. Was no happy to have to repaint them because we have an industrial finish basement look!"

"Hired for a primary bathroom renovation. While the owner Jonathan was great during our walkthroughs, the crew assigned to our project was a joke. They never came on time, when trying to call Jonathan or our project manager, no one would respond until hours later. There seems to be no communication between Jonathan and his crew. When the crew does show, they seem to be confused on what the plan is for the day and we?re stuck trying to tell them what we are expecting. This is not what I imagined for a home project. We seem to be the ones pushing for communication and supervising the project, not the project manager or Jonathan. While the work is done well (once the crew arrives) everything else has been a mess trying to figure out this project. We were assured this was an ?easy? project and it?s now double the time Jonathan told us and it?s still not done."
