"My cement front porch was sinking and crooked. Because the porch had sunk, the porch post had detached from the porch ceiling, so I was wedging it to prevent it from falling over. I also had a cracked driveway and needed a piece of house siding near the porch replaced because it had dried cement on it. I received estimates from several contractors listed on the HomeAdvisor website. The contractors I spoke with said they could not fix or replace my porch post nor replace the house siding piece, and some of them provided written cost estimates without itemizing the work they would perform. I was relieved to learn upon meeting with Jason of S & R Eagle Services that this company was capable of fully completing my project. I do not regret my decision to hire S & R Eagle Services. This company performed honest, professional work. The workers were skilled and cleaned up daily. My porch and driveway look beautiful now, and my porch post and siding piece have been replaced and painted to match my home. GOOD COMPANY"

Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. He provided a full and complete estimate for the work, materials, etc. with very competitive pricing. On the day of the project, the crew arrived on time and worked non-stop until it was completed.
