"Matt was terrific. He responded to our request on Anji within the hour and was able to come in 3 business days. He confirmed that electric service to the outlets in our 2nd floor adjoining bathrooms was dead. We discussed solutions and ultimately decided to run a new line from the panel in the basement. This required putting holes in the walls but Matt cut very neatly and my paining contractor was able to easily repair them. He is a really nice guy to deal with and I highly recommend him."

He met us at our house for a free estimate to upgrade our electrical panel, install some outlets and take care of some other minor electrical issues, and his estimate was competitive. He took care of filing the permits with the town and kept in regular communication with us. When an unrelated electrical issue came up, he even offered to come to our house at 10PM on a Saturday, which is amazingly kind. He did the job in a timely manner, and everything works great. "Ken went to work quickly, replacing the meter box and stub cable, making the small modifications in the panel.  He re- fastened the loose wires,including the telephone and CATV wires and drop lines, making for a neat arrangement on the siding, and saving me from having to contact the phone company to have them come and make repairs.  While he was completing his work he contacted the power company to come and restore power to the house thereby minimizing my outage.  He also made arrangements  for the inspection required when such cables are replaced.
