"I received four estimates for my waterproofing project. Ultimately, I chose American A-1 Waterproofing due to the personalized and positive experience I had with Lou Manzo (Manager), Maurice (Foreman) and Crew Members. From the start, Lou was generally concerned with meeting my waterproofing needs. He actively listened to my concerns and provided satisfying solutions to achieve a dry basement without leading me down an unnecessary and confusing purchasing path. Lou explained the work to be done in great details. He was responsive to my calls, emails and texts and patiently answered ALL of my questions. Maurice and his crew members did an amazing job. They worked diligently during a heat wave and always demonstrated positive energy. They depicted such pride in their work -- making sure everything worked effectively and efficiently. I have to say, Lou really went above and beyond the call of duty. He ensured Maurice and Crew Members replaced a clogged downspout drainpipe and installed a cleanout valve. He ensured Maurice and Crew Members connected an exterior drainpipe from the catch basin to eliminate standing water in my front yard. This concept was Brilliant! And completed at the at a fraction of the cost! In addition, Lou consumed the cost to unclog a sewer line that compromised my newly installed Waterproofing System. But wait there is more! I have been unable to attend to other pertinent matters on/around my property, as I am recovering from surgery. Lou sympathized with my plight and ensured his crew demolished a crumbling flower bed wall and deteriorated shed in my backyard at a faction of the cost. Moreover, Lou returned with a crew member the day after the job was completed to reconnect my utility sink, washer and dryer and move them back into place free of charge. I am very pleased with the exceptional service provided by Lou, Maurice, and all Crew Members at American A-1 Waterproofing. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and GENUINE. The team exceeded my expectations! Moreover, pricing for my waterproofing project was extremely fair."

"RAD with owner Danilo is Totally Recommended!!! Look no further honestly, because we needed a french drain (not the simple wall spacer) but the complicated one with lots of concrete floor demolition, irrigation piping, all leading to multiple sump pumps, and re-doing the floor professionally ... and we were sooooo pleased with the speed, efficiency and quality of RAD's work. Not to mention our need to clear out our basement prior, getting humdreds of items and two dozen heavy pieces of furniture out to our garage and POD ... and RAD handled everything with a great crew and in amazing record time. "I called Arid when my sump pump that the previous owner left died during a rain storm. I spoke with Pat, who was extremely responsive, honest, and professional. Pat was very understanding as I explained that water had come up into the basement through the sump well. He sold me on a primary and backup pump system with battery backup and sent his crew out to my home that day. The installation took about 40 min and 20 min after the pump was installed, the water levels dropped back to normal. I have already hired Arid again to come back and perform a liner install around the pump and will look to Pat and his team in the future for all my basement waterproofing needs."

"Weather-Tite was recommended to me by a contractor who I trust to evaluate and repair water and moisture issues that I was having in my garage. Bob and his crew did a phenomenal job!! My husband and I are beyond thrilled with the results! They are professional, courteous, and fastidious. Half of my garage is underground, as there is a hill in my front yard leading up to the house. The repair involved excavating dirt along the front of my house next to the garage foundation wall down to the drain pipe, repairing cracks and holes, applying waterproofing and more. The interior wall was cleaned and drylock masonry paint was applied. My landscaping on the outside had to be removed and then put back. They did such a good job that you couldn't even tell it had been moved at all. We also had Bob and his crew complete a second job for us. This involved excavating another trench but in the back of the house along 16 feet of the foundation, replacing a drain pipe and waterproofing. They were at our house for three days. During that time and after we had torrential rain and everything stayed dry!!! I highly recommend Weather-Tite Waterproofing, Inc.!"

"For several years we have had a leak in our attic near our chimneys. After every wind driven storm water would collect in our strategically placed buckets. The leaks persisted despite a new roof and multiple attempts at waterproofing the chimneys. Antonio solved our problem. He demolished, rebuilt and waterproofed our chimneys from the roof line up. We were very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail and are happy to report that despite several heavy rain events we have had no water in the attic since the work was completed. "I am not yet able to determine whether or not the expected results of the basement waterproofing work is satisfactory as I have not had a rainstorm or heavy rain since the basement waterproofing work was performed. I will, however, pay great accolades to Quality 1st customer service, especially to Kyle. I was troubled with the proposal for the job as certain aspects of the language would have left me at an unfair liability should something had gone wrong with the work. I explained this issue with Kyle who followed through until the proposal was acceptable to me. The work crew was exceptional in that they were punctual, worked quickly, neatly and were, without question, among the hardest workers ever to have done a construction project for me. The crew was headed by Wilver along with his guys - Manuel and Jose. Again, I will refrain from commenting on the expected results of the work performed until the appropriate circumstances occur. In summary, I would say that Quality 1st demonstrated A1 customer service and the crew that performed my basement work were hard workers with great attitude."
