This project would have been easily done 4 months earlier had it not been for their somewhat overzealous desire to tell me what I can and cannot do with my property. But I digress... I approached them with a design and a look in mind, they took that idea and they made it functional and effective. There were a couple of modifications to the plan during the work that Antonio and I had to negotiate, but they also did a fair amount of extra labor not detailed in the plan and, again, Antonio kept costs reasonable. The whole crew was very pleasant and they worked hard to keep everything clean and displacement to a minimum. They finished the work in 5 days, and we were promptly rained on the following two days. The drainage worked as expected and we no longer have giant pools of standing water near our foundation. The patio is gorgeous, too! We're excited to use it this weekend, even though this summer has already passed us by. We'll keep an eye out for any changes as the weather gets worse, but we feel assured that we've got the right team to help if something goes wrong."
