He has painted the entire downstairs and updated the lighting in both rooms, as well as the basement, breezeway and garage. Additionally he replaced my back deck, strengthening one corner so I was able to add a 350 gallon outdoor aquarium (installed by Gavin Gardens) Cory and his crew replaced my front deck and added a handicapped ramp. Cory also upgraded my outside lighting and installed security cameras. I have had a wonderful, trusting relationship with Cory and his crew. "Ken went to work quickly, replacing the meter box and stub cable, making the small modifications in the panel.  He re- fastened the loose wires,including the telephone and CATV wires and drop lines, making for a neat arrangement on the siding, and saving me from having to contact the phone company to have them come and make repairs.  While he was completing his work he contacted the power company to come and restore power to the house thereby minimizing my outage.  He also made arrangements  for the inspection required when such cables are replaced.
