Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

He crams too much into his diary and will turn up 10+ times to do 12 hours of work and charge you for travel both ways. Generally skilled guy but greedy, not transparent, over priced and would not trust him. "
